Enhancing community development to maximise social impact and value.
"The issue isn't a lack of concern among individuals; rather, our social and welfare systems are currently not structured to allows us to care to the fullest extent of our capabilities."

We help communities and partners work better together — using insight, digital tools, and inclusive support to drive meaningful change in the places they care about.
A future where community-led innovation drives the transformation of systems — creating more just, connected, and sustainable places.
We exist to equip local innovators and community leaders with the digital tools, data, and support they need to drive meaningful change — shaping stronger, fairer, and more sustainable places for everyone.
Because the well-being of people and places depends on a system that listens, learns, and improves — together.
Across the UK, hundreds of thousands of charities, community organisations, and social enterprises are working alongside public services — supported by millions of volunteers, carers, and contributors, and backed by billions in funding.
And yet, the gap between what’s needed and what’s available continues to grow.
Too many people still go without the care, support, or opportunity they deserve. Young people are missing out. Poverty, homelessness, and health inequality persist. These aren’t just social challenges — they’re costing us all, in lost opportunity, wellbeing, and economic potential.
We believe this is not only unsustainable — it’s a sign that something deeper needs to change.
This isn’t just about doing more. It’s about doing things differently.
We need a system that’s connected — one that uses data and insight not just to react to crisis, but to build capacity, support early action, and enable everyone to play a role in shaping change.
At All About the Place, we bring together community intelligence, practical tools, and new ways of measuring well-being — so that communities, public services, and businesses can better understand what’s working, where support is needed, and how to build on what’s strong.
This is about shifting from isolated interventions to a shared process of continuous improvement — where local strengths are recognised, people are empowered, and resources are used more effectively across sectors.
Together, we can reduce pressure on public systems, grow the potential of communities, and build a future where care, opportunity, and wellbeing are more fairly and intelligently shared.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
